First King Kong Screenshots

Xbox News | Featuring the giant ape himself.

Ubisoft has today unveiled the latest screenshots of their upcoming King Kong game, based on the blockbuster movie headed by Peter Jackson. You know, the guy behind that whole Lord of the Rings thing from a while back.

These are the first images released that actually feature the giant ape himself. King Kong is looking like it is going to be just as entertaining as the movie adapation, so we're eagerly anticipating the title.

These images, featuring the ape can be found in the Media Panel. King Kong is set for release in Q4, 2005.

You think the screens look good, you should see it in action. This is the game I've been waiting my entire gaming life for. Running around a dense jungle with prehistoric creatures including numerous T-Rexs hot on your heels is gaming heaven, in my opinion.

Of course having Micheal Ancel at the helm with all of the films resources available to him woundn't hurt the quality of the finished product.

Beyond Good and Evil is one of my favourite games, and it looks like Ancel's next project will surely join be added to that list.
