Play Forza Motorsport on three screens!

Xbox News | Hidden feature allows three-screen, arcade-style shenanigans for home users.
Got two to four Xboxes? Two to four copies of Forza Motorsport? Three TVs? An ethernet cable and hub? Well for the lucky few who have, Forzamotorsport.net has revealed that the Xbox racer has a secret feature - 'Network Cockpit'. So for the first time (or at least the first time that PALGN's jaded memory can recall), home console owners will be able to enjoy a racing game much like those arcade racers, such as Sega's excellent Ferrari F355 Challenge, that also employ a three-screen set-up. Splendid stuff, if almost prohibitively expensive.

Still, it could be worth the effort if you have a few friends with lots of spare time, ample resources and the same fondness for Forza Motorsport as this site had, and you can even take it on Xbox Live as well. And Forzamotorsport.net can't get enough either: 'On Fujimi Kaido, the track tilts back and forth as you drift through turns. On New York II, billboards flash all around you as you rush through Times Square. Test Track II takes on new depth when you can see all the way into a hairpin turn before you take it. Mountains loom in the distance from the Alpine Ring. When you’re surrounded by a pack of cars, you can watch all around you as you defend your position.' Very impressive, we say.

Anyway, for those of you who are both obsessed and rich enough, here's some pictures of a set-up in action:

That looks so crap! Specially when you're using such old TVs!

I'm with Civ on this one, it looks crap. It would feel weird when playing too, judging by those pictures. Which is odd as that Ferrari game that was mentioned doesn't feel weird at all when you play.

Would look cool with better TV's except I think it would be pretty difficult when you were actually playing.

Imagine running that on 3 100" HD plasmas with a 5.1 set up and the Driving Force Pro. That would be unbelievably cool. Note the use of the word "Imagine".

^ i think it would rule with the right TVs... not quite as elaborate as Cap's suggestion (unless those 6 numbers come up) but with some decent TVs (no offence Chris mate icon_wink.gif ) it would be pretty cool IMO...

Hey, no offence taken, they ain't my TVs. I can barely afford one, never mind three.
