Outrun 2 Officially Announced

Xbox News | After months of speculation Outrun 2 is formally announced.
In the few weeks before E3 lots of titles are unveiled which have previously not been announced. After reaching the arcades only a few months ago Outrun 2 has been formally announced to be coming to the Xbox console. This ends months of speculation as to whether the game would be out on the Playstation 2 or Xbox.

The Xbox version will contain the full original arcade version as well as many new features. Included will be a new single player mission mode as well as unlockable goodies developed exclusively for the XBox. Full Xbox live support has also been confirmed.

PALGN will have more on Outrun 2 as more information is released.

This was one of my favourite games, having finished the Shareware version as a kid numerous times. Hopefully the sequel will be just as fun.
