Assassin's Creed winners announced

360 News | Are you an Assassin?

A few weeks ago we teamed up with Ubisoft to giveaway three copies of Assassin's Creed along with a faceplate and an artbook as well as two runner up prizes of an artbook and a faceplate. We asked you to answer in 25 words or less "who would you assassinate to change history and why?"

Well, we've gone through the entries and we're pleased to announce the three winners of Assassin's Creed and a faceplate and an artbook are:

Ryan, Vic:

"Everyone who entered this competition, apart from me, to ensure my copy of Assassin's Creed"

Thomas, Vic:

"I would assassinate the man who had a say in cancelling E3, now it's crap."

Adnan, NSW:

"I would go back in time and assassinate Shakespeare for making students suffer so much for the next century and a half."

Our two runnerups who have scored an artbook and a faceplate are;:

Daniel, WA:

"Ken Kutagari - No More PlayStation"

Stephen, Vic:

"I'd assassinate the dude who started the current fluro fashion trend. Believe me, we'd all be better off."

I knew my entry wouldn't win

For the curious, I would have assassinated Jesus. The world would have been a different place had he been killed randomly instead of dieing for your sins.

Judas actually tried to save Jesus by yelling out 'Spy as Demoman!', and then the enemy Gooberman spy backstabbed Jesus and sapped his sentry.

Ah well. Congrats to the winners. Some pretty decent entries.

I have the game, but would have loved to get the art book and faceplate.

And for those who are still curious, my entry was something along the lines of:

"I'd have do what's best for humankind and go back to kill the future tyrannical ruler of the world. Unfortunately, that person happens to be ME... Damn."

This could explain why I've never won.

Well that's what I'll keep telling myself.

Though when I usually enter address details for anything I never include my name, I'd hardly call it obvious.

I'm surprised you don't include your name for postal addresses. In Australia it's mandatory to include the name of the addressee on any mail you send. http://www.auspost.com.au/Pdfs/LetterGuide.pdf Section 10 if you don't believe me. You might be missing a lot of mail

I'm sorry but those entries weren't the best. Can we have a competition where us PALGN members vote the funniest entries (Without names to stop bias) because I think we have a better sense of humour. (I didn't enter BTW and Congrats to those who won. At least they were better to a Borat or Mother In Law reference.
