There are a rather large number of minor fixes to both the PC and Xbox 360 versions. The entire list of fixes can be found over at the Cult of Rapture. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any mention of support for Shader Model 2.0 video cards. However, there have been some additions to the game as well, that both versions will recieve.
As promised, players will now be able to disable the Vita-Chambers, if they're up for more of a challenge. A 'Plasmid Pack' has been added into the game, with the following new plasmids for players to have fun with Machine Buster 1 & 2, Vending Expert 1 & 2, Sonic Boom 1 & 2, EVE Saver. Finally, Xbox 360 owners have an extra achievement to chase, with 100 points awarded for anyone who can finish the game on Hard without using a single Vita-Chamber. Anyone who does this, will indeed be worthy of the title "Brass Balls".
Given the success of Bioshock, we wouldn't be surprised if this was the first of many bits of downloadable content. If you're still unsure over the trip to Rapture, why not check out our review?
