Microsoft has released a handful of new screenshots for the latest entry in the Kingdom Under Fire series, entitled Circle of Doom. The new screens can be found in the media panel.
Circle of Doom is a bit of a departure from the previous titles in the Kingdom Under Fire series, promising more of an Action-RPG experience, as opposed to the Action-RTS style of play seen in The Crusaders and Heroes. The game is also being developed by a new studio, Blueside, which is made up of core members of the Kingdom Under Fire team, including series creator Henry Lee. Taking advantage of the Xbox 360 processing power, randomly generated dungeons and landscapes along with thousands of fierce on-screen enemies attacking from all directions will test the abilities of even the most skilled gamers and make for a new adventure around every corner. With a newly enhanced, intuitive control system, the game promises to deliver fast, blood-thirsty action.
Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom is currently set for release on December 12th, which is when we'll give it the full review treatment.
