Tetris Splash coming to the Xbox Live Marketplace Wednesday

360 News | Finally.
Tetris is finally making its way to the Xbox Live Marketplace and will be available tomorrow in the form of Tetris Splash.

Tetris Splash isn't too different from your normal Tetris game, except that the game features aquatic backgrounds. The game includes online multiplayer support for up to six players and a single player mode.

As with all Xbox Live Arcade titles, the game will include online leaderboards and a demo will be available for those who can't remember exactly what Tetris is. The game will be available for 800 Microsoft points.

Just played a few games of this, pocketed 80 achievement points already. It's awesome. Multiplayer is great fun and very easy to setup. The familiar Tetris music is back. Pretty damn perfect as far as I'm concerned.

Edit: El Taco and retroman... can I ask what the basis of your negging is? If you can't give me a good reason I'm gonna have to... I dunno... maybe ban you both for a couple weeks so you can think about it.
If you're going to penalise people for negging then it loses its value. As far as I've seen, most people +/- based on personal views so why should this be any different?

I don't feel strongly enough about this particular thing either way but 800 points for a Tetris game is a bit steep for me.
