E3 2007: Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare multiplayer beta coming soon

360 News | August in fact. New screenshots too.
During Microsoft’s Pre-E3 conference, the company revealed that a multiplayer beta for the upcoming Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare will be made exclusive for Xbox 360 owners this August.

This gives eager gamers the opportunity to checkout the latest installment in the Call of Duty series, which has now shifted focus from earlier World War battles to more modernised combat. The beta will serve as a test for the game’s party system, matchmaking service and to see if the overall product is up to scratch.

To hold you over until August, we’ve got half a dozen new screenshots that, admittedly, look drop dead gorgeous.

Can we play as the Russians or Arabs? I want me some Yanks for my trophy collection, right now it's full of aliens.
