Few video game series inspire the same passion as Grand Theft Auto. When the first trailer for GTA IV was revealed it brought many gaming media sites to a crawl across the web. On PALGN, it's been the most downloaded video file that we've hosted in the past year.
Then, without further ado, we bring you GTA IV Trailer 2, "Looking for that special someone":
While I'm also going to download it onto the 360 via the Marketplace, I just wanted to say thanks to PALGN for hosting the trailer. Certainly beats visiting Rockstar's site or any other popular site to try and get the trailer when they will be overloaded with every man and his dog trying to get the trailer. So yeah, once again thanks PALGN.
such an awesome clip and just like rockstar... gives you a bit more of everything... but just enough to make every game you have right now seem like a waste of time and money
Cant wait for this game. It looks like this version is a very serious one. No more jokes.
There better be jokes, I thought San Andreas was too serious. There has always been a twisted sense of humour in these games, to change it would be to change one of the things that make the games great in my opinion.

Just watched the trailer. I don't know why you people are so excited. The framerate was terrible, one of the scenes (where he is on the phone) had the framerate jumping up and down.
Although I will admit the style is quite cool (man escaping his violent past), I like the scripted scenes. But it doesn't really look next-gen to me. The graphics look a bit rough still. The game could have been taken from the PS2 and I wouldn't have known the difference.
It did look rather bad, im not expecting too much from this game.
I loved GTA 3 (my favourite GTA) the style was nice and imo had the best story.
The Framerate did look terrible,
why did Rockstar release a trailer thats so jumpy?
I didn't think it was too impressive either but I plan to watch it a few more times to pick up on the little nuances. So much being said in such a short video. The graphics did seem to look better in the teaser though.

Now you see why they call me the Donkey eh?
Man i thought san andreas was heaps funny.
GTA has always been a political/social satire. Hope it doesn't change.
Yeah, doesn't look as good as I thought it would. But GTA games aren't about the graphics, so that really doesn't matter. They should be going for a smooth framerate over everything else.
Also, if the game doesn't have the funny radio stations, it's not worth playing.
