Naruto: Rise of Ninja announced

360 News | Coming exclusively to the Xbox 360.

Pro-G is reporting that Ubisoft is hard at work on an action adventure Naruto title, titled Naruto: Rise of Ninja.

According to the site you'll relive the anime series on which the game is based. You'll begin with Naruto's humble beginnings and see him become a powerful ninja. The game is set in a completely free roaming world and players will explore Konoha village and its surroundings. Members of the Naruto cast will also be present in the game. As Naruto becomes more powerful he will learn new techniques and he will be able to take control of more powerful weapons. Naruto: Rise of Ninja will also include a multiplayer mode.

Like a western game based around Naruto arcs over 2 years old is going to expand the Japanese market share.

I dare say this uses the Prince of Persia engine, fairly good fit, though hopefully they'll tweak the battle system.

I'm assuming that this is thr same one that Sylar has been talking about for a while now. The leaked screen he had up for the game was freakin' awesome and I can't wait until comes out.

Let's hope it is nothing like that DBZ Sagas game only released in the US. Looked pretty but completely uninspired gameplay wrecked it.

Yepo this is the game i have been waiting for so long

YATTA i seriously can't wait for it.

EDIT: I really wish there was more info on the game how about a video or more pictures anything really

EDIT2X: I actually want the game to be made by a USA company so we don;t have to wait even longer for it. If it was made by a Japanese company than we will be waiting over a year and so on to get it. So i'm all for this game

Apparently it's being made by a team at Ubisofts Montreal studio so theres a bloody good chance this game will end up being awesome. Ubi are pretty good with world wide release dates so we should get it the same time as the yanks.

Hopefully we get alot more info on this soon
