Should be up at 7pm our (Eastern) time, assuming we get it at the same time as the US.

I can't wait to take the demo for a spin. But i have a bad feeling it's only going to make the wait seem longer icon_sad.gif

We now have a 20GB download limit to chew through so hopefully I'll be on XBL straight at 7pm awaiting the download. icon_biggrin.gif

Finally something decent to download on the marketplace this year! (It's been real slow for great content personally).

Now I can finally try out the low power download option.

It's not in the demo section, but have a look in Featured Downloads and it's there.

Can anyone give me a quick answer on what this low power download option is?

Well first off you need to turn it on in your options.

Basically when your downloading something, turn off your console. It will turn everything off except the network adapter and the harddrive (and a fan I guess) and continue to download. Once everything has downloaded the machine will switch off completely. This uses less power etc.

The little power circle flashes green whilst its in low power mode btw.

^ Meh its really not that great. Graphically the game is very dissapointing especially if you have played Project Gotham 3. The controls are pretty much identical as the first Forza and the envonments look like they were taken from the first one... Oh well at least I know I probably wont be buying it now icon_razz.gif

If you don't like racing sims, you won't like this. If you do, and appreciate that there's 360 physics calculations every second, then you'll enjoy it.

Graphics aren't earth shattering, but they look nice.

I've played this on 408i, it looks very similar to first. Though crashing cars is cool.

Downloaded this last night and it seems fantastic compared to every other console "sim" that I have tried but not quite up to the standard of PC "sims". It has handling that is very well adjusted for a console game pad without being unusable without a precision steering wheel. This will be a great game for those that have some idea about how a car handles but prefer fun over realism in the sense that realism can often destroy the fun factor out of games. I just hope that the online menu is done well as it can easily become the downfall of otherwise great racing games.
