More Transformers screens unveiled

360 News | Shots of the game of the movie of the cartoon.
Eight new Transformers: The Movie screenshots were hurled our way this morning by Activision, including the first images of the Nintendo DS version. The movie tie-in, which is set to appear on just about every gaming platform ever (PS2, PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, PC, DS, PSP), is pencilled in for a winter release in Australasia (summer if you're in the Northern hemisphere), to coincide with the release of the film.

Lego Star Wars creator Traveller's Tales is at the helm for the home console and PC versions, while development duties for the DS version are being handled by Vicarious Visions.

Am I the only one not impressed by those 360 screens. Oh well, looking forward to the movie. Yeah yeah, I watched the cartoons as a kid so I got a soft spot for it
