Essentially, it's a Gears version of "King of the Hill". Thus, points are awarded for the amount of time accumulated in the occupation of a designated area (one area will be fought over at once, and each area is worth a maximum of 60 points), and the side (it's a team game only) that reaches a certain number of points first chalks up the victory. Simple. There's some variants to fiddle with - the number of rounds played and winning scores (from 120 to 480) can both be adjusted, as can options for friendly fire.
The new update is to be released on April 9.
