Project Sylpheed and Vampire Rain being translated

360 News | Kill vampires or shoot ships. Your choice.
According to a press release by Microsoft in North America, the Xbox 360's Project Sylpheed and Vampire Rain are both being translated for English language releases.

Project Sylpheed is a sci-fi shooter developed by Game Arts and Seta Corporation for Square Enix. It recreates the classic Silpheed for Sega Mega-CD, and focuses on classic "shmup" action. Vampire Rain, on the other hand, allows gamers to eliminate supernatural enemies in rain-soaked surrounds. It emphasises stealth and survival horror in a hunt for nightwalkers.

Both games have previously only been available in Japan. Australian and UK launch dates have yet to be announced.
