US soldiers play Halo 3

360 News | They did miss Christmas though.
It seems progress on Halo 3 is coming along rather well indeed. Reports are circulating on the internet with some pretty telling images that Bungie developers surprised US troops in Iraq with a sneak peak at Halo 3 multiplayer.

The game was set up for three straight days and the troops were asked exactly what they thought of the title. Apparantly the controller menu shows a button labelled "classified". Meanwhile, the public beta is still a few months off, but we'll report back once we hear more information on the beta.

Bungie thought that most of them were going to die in battle at some stage so most of Halo 3's suprises would never see the light of day. icon_razz.gif
