Age of Conan to be released on Xbox 360

360 News | Now bringing destruction and barbarism to two platforms.
Looked upon by many as the most anticipated PC MMORPG of 2007, Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures is now in development for the Xbox 360. The game, which starts you off in a single player mode to develop your character, slowly brings you into the world of the films with complex gameplay elements such as city building and PvP siege warfare.

There is currently no word on whether the cross-platform game will take advantage of Microsoft’s yet to be implemented Live Anywhere service, or to what extent these two platforms will interact with each other. Along with this, the release dates for the Xbox 360 version are yet to be announced, although the PC version is slated for the some time in the first half of 2007.

We look forward to, as Arnie/Conan puts it in 1982’s Conan the Barbarian, ‘crushing our enemies, to see them driven before us, and to hear the lamentations of their women' sometime next year.
