Lost Planet: Extreme Condition
Release: January 12th | F: Xbox 360
D: Capcom | P: Capcom
Single Player Preview | Multi Player Preview
Lost Planet: Extreme Condition is the latest effort from Capcom’s big guns, namely Keiji Inafune (Onimusha, Dead Rising, Mega Man Battle Network) as executive producer and Jun Takeuchi (Onimusha 3 and Resident Evil 5) as producer. Just like in the Onimusha, the lead character likeness has been taken off a real life actor, Korean-born Byung Hun Lee. In the game, players will assume to role of Wayne as he treks his way across a snow covered planet, fighting a monstrous insectoid alien enemy know as the Akrid. If this wasn’t enough, Wayne will also have to deal with the dishevelled Space Pirates, all while trying to unravel secrets of his past. Lost Planet has no shortage of action, with a wide array of destructive weaponry, innovative gadgetry and the use of mechanised Vital Suits, for those bigger and meaner nasties.
