Win a spot in the Halo 3 beta

360 News | Only ten spots up for grabs.
Halo 3 may be a good year or so away, but this hasn't stopped Microsoft from hyping Bungie's new game no end. Microsoft has now sent word that tomorrow a never-seen-before sixty second Halo 3 video will be broadcast on the official Xbox website.

Early next year, ten lucky Australians will get to take part in the Halo 3 Xbox Live multiplayer public beta. If you're called up, you'll be able to play the pre-release Halo 3 multiplayer edition. To enter, all you need to do is head here for your chance to win. Good luck!

I might as well enter since I will probably have an Xbox 360 console by then.

I'm actually a little bit disappointed by this; when they first announced the Beta, Bungie made it sound like an open beta that anyone could download and play. I figured it would include one or two maps, and act as a demo of sorts to keep people excited until the release sometime late next year.

Guess that was too good to be true. I'm definitely trying for a spot though.
