Activision publishing Capcom products in Australia

360 News | Starting with Lost Planet in 2007.
Activision has confirmed via a press release today that from 2007 they'll be distributing Capcom products in Australia. For the last few years THQ have been distributing Capcom products in Australia, whilst Nintendo currently publishes Nintendo DS & Gamecube titles themselves.

The agreement will commence with Lost Planet, one of Capcom's most promising Xbox 360 titles. Activision also confirmed that they'll be bringing Okami and God Hand to PAL territories in 2007 as well.

Activision are certainly estabishing themselves as a big distributor in Australia; aside from Activision products the company also distributes Red Octane titles and now Capcom's.

I'm glad to hear this. After the closure of clover studios and the slating that God Hand is receiving from some reviewers, I was afraid I wouldn't see these two heading down under.

Agreed, and Activision seem to have had some decent prices for games over the years here, hopefully they keep that trend.
