New Sonic the Hedgehog screenshots emerge

360 News | New areas revealed.

Sega has sent through the latest images of the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog game for the Xbox 360 (and later on the PlayStation 3). The new game showcases some new areas of the game, which should basically be finished now.

It's Sonic's 15th anniversary this year, and Sonic the Hedgehog looks like a return to form for the speedy hedgehog; if you remember the days where the speed was what made Sonic fun, then there's plenty to be excited about with this game.

We'll have more information on Sonic the Hedgehog shortly - look out for a review on PALGN within a few weeks.

I wonder why Sonic is carrying a girl, and more importantly why her legs are such a markedly different tone to the rest of her skin... ?

I'll be waiting for your review on this one - the demo left me entirely undecided.

Its true. They are entirely different. Thats a pretty big stuff up.

But the game is looking nice, hopefully will bring Sonic back some glory...

Agreed - you can tell by the sheen on the underside of her legs.

Now you may not believe this, but most of us think that the stage in the demo was stage 8... (Sonic-cult stuff)...

Looks good, still needs some work though. The trailer was pretty decent.

I dont know why I got headache playing this game, controls were way sensitive on the demo though.
