Xbox Live Arcade compilation revealed

Microsoft today announced that six of the most popular titles from the Xbox 360's Xbox Live Arcade service are to be released on a disc-based compilation. Xbox Live Arcade Unplugged Volume 1 will include Wik: Fable of Souls, Outpost Kaloki X, Bejeweled 2 Deluxe, Hardwood Backgammon, Texas Hold 'em and the absolutely bleedin' brilliant, we'd-sell-our-own-grandmother-to-play-it Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved.
The six would cost the equivalent of US$50 if purchased separately on the Xbox Live Marketplace, but will be available in stores for a budget price of US$39.99. No Australian or European prices have been confirmed yet, though a budget release would make sense in PAL regions also. It's coming shortly as well, with Microsoft promising a worldwide launch on September 5th. Review as and when.
