No Black for Xbox 360

360 News | Instead, how about Black 2?
Alex Ward, from developer Criterion (you know - the people behind the Burnout series), has dismissed claims that the company's upcoming first-person shooter, Black, will be ported to the Xbox 360.

"I keep reading all over forums that we're going to make a 360 version of Black, and it's just not true," Ward said, speaking with Eurogamer.

If that wasn't bad enough, it looks like the Xbox version of Black won't be compatible with the Xbox 360, either. "The fact that Black doesn't work on the 360 isn't us trying to make people wait for a 360 version... Because that's not going to happen," confessed Ward.

On the bright said, he all but confirmed the existence of a Black 2. "The only time you'll see [Black] on the Xbox 360 is when we make Black 2 on it in a few years," Ward said.

You can expect a full review of Black within the next week or so here on PALGN.

Meh no loss. Seems like the game is getting pretty average marks by the bigboy reviewers.

There's some more information on Black and compatability at GAF with Alex Ward himself posting.
