Ridge Racer 6 Screenshots

360 News | First in game images of the 360 launch title.

Namco have revealed the first in game images of Ridge Racer 6, the upcoming launch title for the Xbox 360.

Ridge Racer 6 will feature all new cars and tracks as well as implement the boost system that first featured in Ridge Racer for the PSP. Namco have been decidably quiet about the launch title, but we'll have more news on the game as soon as it becomes available.

The high resolution images can be found in the media panel. This week our staff members will have an opportunity to go hands on with Ridge Racer 6, so check back shortly for our impressions of the game.

PGR3 is going to blow this out of the water. That is if a screen by screen comparison is anything to go by... which is all we've got to go by at this stage...

The controls too...though having "A" as accelerate makes it easier for them to port it over to PS3 and Revolution(maybe?) later.

Chances are they will give you the option to choose between 'A' being the accelerator or the trigger. At first glance, this game certainly doesn't look as good as it perhaps could but I refuse to judge it based on this fact alone. It is only early days after all.
