EA sign Josie Maran for Most Wanted

360 News | EA's stereotype model for Most Wanted is..
It's becoming a bit formulaic isn't it? A Need for Speed title every year, and a cover-model every year. This year EA have signed Josie Maran for Need for Speed: Most Wanted.

Maran has played supporting roles in hit films including Van Helsing, The Aviator and Thelma. She is currently the Maybelline cover girl and has appeared on covers for Glamour, Self, Vogue, Marie Claire, Seventeen and Lucky Magazine. In Need for Speed Most Wanted, Maran takes on the role of a local street racer named Mia.

EA were kind enough to send us an image of the actress, but it was in a format that couldn't be converted so, after scouring Google for a bit, we finally found a 'clean' image to post up (though we had to progress to page five to find it). So, with the very best journalistic intentions at heart, we present Miss Maran:

I've seen her before, and while she is nice, she doesn't have the "girl racer" look. As was the case with Brooke Burke in NFSU2. Ugh!
