Project Gotham Racing 3 Screenshots

360 News | We've got some of the world's first concrete information on PGR3.
We loved Project Gotham Racing 2 and were looking forward to its inevitible sequel, when we heard it was coming out on the Xbox 360, we became even more excited.

However, Microsoft were considerably tight-lipped about the game, except for its announcement, that is, until now.

The kudeos system will return in PGR3 and will allow players to drive how they want, where they want. Once again, the more style the more kudos. Players will win badges to reward their skills in all areas of the game.

GothamTV will be a new feature in the game and will make the "game" seems less like a game and more like a sport. The online features will be the most advanced we've ever seen, and the overall aim of the game is to become the Gotham World Champion, the Gotham World Championships are broadcast live on GothamTV.

PGR3 also features a lot of new racing modes, as well as the support for custom races. PGR3 will feature more than eighty cars, which is significantly more than its predecessor. Some of the licensed supercars from manufacturers include Ferrari, Dodge and Lamborghini. All these cars will have fully modelled interiors, functioning dashboards and individually recorded engine noises.

The game will also take palce in numerous locations, such as New York and Tokyo, the cities have been very intricately modelled and the tracks are populated with spectators. Believe it or not even the crowds have been motion captured.

We've included two new images of the game in the media panel, Project Gotham Racing 3 will be out in Quater 1, 2006 for the Xbox 360. Stay tuned.
