Pre E3 2005: Next Xbox unveiled tomorrow

360 News | We'll be watching, will you?
PALGN just thought we'd remind our readers that at 7pm EST tomorrow, (Friday 13th of May) Microsoft will be unveiling the next Xbox on Australian MTV.

We've already shown snippets of the console and given away just about every detail about the console, but for those wanting it wrapped up in a neat little package, then they should tune in tomorrow.

The special will unveil the look of the Xbox, some game play footage and a few other teaser details, the full system specs and launch lineup will be revealed at E3 next week. For those of you who cannot catch the event tomorrow MTV will be replaying the event on:

Saturday, May 14 - 6.00pm EST
Sunday, May 15 - 10.00am EST
Tuesday, May 17 - 8.00pm EST

There are plenty of opportunities to catch the new Xbox, but don't forget if you miss it, PALGN will be covering all of it.

so does that mean palgn will have some sort of video feed, if you are going to be replaying it ?

MTV is replaying it - not PALGN. Re-read the article. We couldn't if we wanted to since it would be under copyright, but we will bring you the information that it contains.

Exactly. Digital's great.
I wish I had that new Foxtel IQ box to record it.

Yeah, well I have Optus Vision... icon_sad.gif

Before digital it was on equal footing as long as quality and content were concerned, but then in negotiations, the contract for joint digital fell through, and everyone with Optus Vision was left behind...
Kinda sucks...

Ah well.
That Foxtel Digital with all this new IQ stuff - looks downright awesome!
(You see, THAT is what's missing from our home entertainment system... we have the big plasma screen, but with this grainy analog signal coming through...)

Either way, this Xbox 360 unveiling has me really interested now - the beginning of the next generation of video gaming is less than a day away...

You know...
It's Friday the 13th...

The superstitious out there should be afraid... be VERY afraid!

But seriously, you think Microsoft picked this date intentionally - I wouldn't have picked it... I'm one those superstitious types.

That's not the MTV thing. That video was posted on ourcolony.net I believe. A 30min presentation won't fit in 50MBs. icon_wink.gif
