As much as I hate CG trailers, that was pretty badass. No idea who the villain is, although it sounds like he's voiced by Christopher Lee so the guy could be a giant teddy bear and I'd still be all over it.
Psychatrist that ran Arkham, went insane from hearing all the stories about Batman from the inmates and became obbessessed with him. Basically a villian that can read Batman like a book.

Sounds promising. I like the fact that he knows Bruce Wayne is Batman. That seems like a big deal somehow...
I've really got to get around to watching more of the animated series. I've had all 4 DVD volumes for years but have only made it halfway through the first one.
