Starting from July 29, players with access to the Xbox Live Marketplace will be able to choose and purchase from two shirts for their Avatars - one that reads 'Save Carmine' and the other, 'Carmine Must Die'. Logically, voting for the former may lead to at least one of the Carmine brothers seeing his way through the war alive, while voting for the latter may cause his untimely death.
Additionally, real life limited edition shirts will be on sale for those lucky Comic-Con attendees. Those attending the convention also have a chance to be among the first to play Gears of War 3, as well as being able to meet the team from Epic Games, (including Cliff Bleszinski) for a signing session.
While a price has not been announced for the shirts, all proceeds will go towards Child's Play, a community-based charity dedicated to improving the lives of sick children by donating consoles, games and toys.
