Prince of Persia acrobatic video and flash game

360 News | Control the elements.
Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands is set to be released in a mere six days, but that won't stop Ubisoft from teasing us with another video and a new flash game.

This latest addition to the franchise is all about returning to the root of classic gameplay. It doesn't get much more classic than the 1987 version of the Prince trying to rescue his woman. The Forgotten Sands has been reworked into a flash game to feel more like the original 2D platformer, try it for yourself right here on the official Facebook page.

Inevitably, with another press release comes another trailer. This time we can see the Prince controlling water and wind to traverse around the environment. These new abilities will coincide with the traditional wall running, pole swinging gameplay that Prince of Persia is best known for.

Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands will be released next Thursday on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, PlayStation Portable, Nintendo DS and Wii.
