Rockstar unveils Ballad of Gay Tony multiplayer details

360 News | And I'm free, I'm free fallin'.
Rockstar's latest update to the official website to the upcoming Grand Theft Auto IV DLC, The Ballad of Gay Tony, has revealed details of what gamers can expect from the latest episode of GTA craziness when it arrives on 29 October.

The multiplayer modes of The Ballad of Gay Tony will feature a number of new weapons, new bonuses (such as extra moolah for assisted kills and kill streaks) and a number of new locations for your deathmatch and team deathmatch pleasure.

In addition to these goodies, players with an appetite for destruction will be able to jump in and test drive the APC and the new attack chopper, the Buzzard for some explosive good times. If that's not enough for you, Rockstar has also pointed out that Free Mode will be returning, giving players an opportunity for oodles of explosive anarchy or sky diving buffoonery, depending on what tickles your fancy.

I wonder how interesting it's going to be if, as these images seem to suggest, you won't be able to fire a weapon while parachuting. There's been no sign that you can do anything but hang on with your chute open, which would make things a bit boring, I'd imagine.

Oh well, I don't even have Live Gold so why am I complaining? icon_rolleyes.gif

There is no chance of that happening as Microsoft paid a heap of money to keep the 2 DLCs to GTAIV as 360 exclusive releases.

Multiplayer sounds like it will be extra fun this time around, can't wait download this
