LEGO Rock Band track listing revealed

360 News | Who ya gonna call?
Warner Bros. Interactive has released a final track list for their upcoming music title LEGO Rock Band.

The Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii version will feature a total of 45 tracks from the likes of David Bowie, Elton John, Queen, Blink-182 and many more artists. Meanwhile, the Nintendo DS version will have a selection of 25 tracks from the home console version, including “Ghostbusters” by Ray Parker Jr. and “We are the Champions” by Queen.

In addition, Warner Bros. Interactive has revealed the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions will have disc export functionality. Similar to Rock Band 1 and Rock Band 2, this will allow owners to export tracks to their hard drive so that they can play the songs across other game modes in their Rock Band games library. You will, however, need to pay a nominal fee to take advantage of the feature.

Korn on a family friendly title? I'm not familiar with "Word Up!" but this I've got to see.

Eh, a couple of good tracks on there but not enough to be a purchase for me. And Pink doesn't help either. I still don't really 'get' why Lego Rock Band even exists.

I feel sorry for the development team making this game. Anyone with a conscience would feel like such a tool!

Business is business though... I guess.

To compete with Band Hero. Why does Band Hero exist? Yeah, I dunno.

Set list is great. I will definitely be buying this. Is Australia actually getting this, though?

God damn it!
A few gems on there but I have most of the big name songs on there already as I already own pretty much any game that requires a plastic guitar (I have a problem, I need help).
I will likely end up buying it for Summer of 69' and Ghostbusters though. God help me.

Officially Developed by Traveller's Tales, pretty sure it's Distributed by Warner Bros. so we have a very good shot of getting it on time.

To some of those songs all I can say is "Oh hell yes!". Definitely buying it and exporting it to Rock Band 2, but will it be worth keeping? It doesn't really seem like it, but then again, it might be. But it's not made by Harmonix and it looks a lot like Rock Band 2, hope I am wrong though.

Guess what I just found out. This has no online icon_sad.gif. I always play it online with randoms, it gets boring by yourself. This is lame, but I'll probably still get it, I can play local nearly every day.

Does it make a huge difference? Export songs to RB2, play RB2 online, question mark question mark question mark, profit.

Oh and people playing these types of games online and not with a bunch of real people are doing it wrong anyway.

Actually I suppose it is good. At least it won't split up the online community even more. I just hope most people export it who play Rock Band 2 online.
