Forza 3 gets V8 Supercars

360 News | Four VE Commodores and four FG Falcons - all in racing livery.

Microsoft and the V8 Supercars championship have teamed up in order to put cars from the series into the upcoming Xbox 360 racer, Forza Motorsport 3.

Included in the game will be Holden's VE Commodore and Ford's FG Falcon, the two cars that make up the V8 Supercar series. Each will have four different paint jobs though, reflecting what you can see in the championship. In the final game, expect to see the following:

#51 Sprint Gas Racing Commodore VE

Shouldn't be too hard for them, I believe it was in the first game. I remember playing a Bathurst track over and over and over trying to train this AI driver which matches your driving line, I had this really dodge car that I could barely control but somehow I managed to get one almost perfect lap and set the AI driver to do a 20? lap race around at the track. S/He/It won, I was so proud

Kinda retarded having V8 Supercars and not having Bathurst... maybe they'll put in Winton instead (a poor replacement).

Unless there's some other really awesome tracks around Oz, only really been to Bathurst, Winton and Calder Park.

aside from the Esses (including the dipper) Mount Panorama always strikes me as an incredibly boring circuit - maybe the Forza people thought so too?

(or more likely, someone else holds the license.)
