More DLC on the way for Castle Crashers

360 News | Brings with it chainsaw fun.
The Behemoth have confirmed the details of the next DLC pack for the XBLA hit Castle Crashers on their official blog.

The Necromantic DLC pack will contain two new characters to play with - the magic infused Necromancer and the Cult Minion - as well as a new animal orb and two new weapons to play with, including the much requested chainsaw.

Currently there is no word yet on the release date or the price with The Behemoth stating that "once again, this is completely up to Microsoft."

they'll charge the same prices like games on demand at first with the usual excuses.

I still haven't picked up the King pack, haven't really found a need for it yet.

I wanted to pick this up, but was turned off by the broken nature of the game on release and the price. How is it, do many people still play it?

Yeah, it works fine now. You won't find that many Australians still playing online, but I still find people online when I go on now and then.

Yeah don't they add something like new levels or challenges. Pretty average content no doubt at premium price....

While i am excited bout the new characters. not sure if i could justify playing through the same levels over and over again just to level him up.

Yeah, I can't play through this game anymore without at least 2 other people, or I get bored pretty quick. I've finished the game countless times and the same enemies/missions are getting a bit old, but it still remains tons of fun as a game to chill out with a few mates over. I'm looking forward to the necromancer though, I've been wanting to play that overpowered bastard for a while...
