Tekken 6 limited editions confirmed for Europe

360 News | Arcade fanatics will want to check this out.
Namco has confirmed it will be releasing two limited editions of Tekken 6 in Europe.

Dubbed the Arcade Stick Edition and Collectors Edition, the packs will go on sale alongside the standalone version in Europe when the title is released there in Q3 2009. The Arcade Stick Edition includes a copy of the game, a 100-page art book which chronicles the story, characters and game development, and a wireless arcade fighting stick. Produced by arcade stick manufacturer Hori, the sticks will feature an exclusive design and will be available in white for the Xbox 360 version, and black for the PS3. The Collectors Edition will feature a copy of the game, a 100-page art book, an exclusive poster and a unique Tekken 6 hooded sweatshirt.

At the time of writing official pricing was not revealed, nor was there confirmation if either pack would be released in Australia. You can check out some screens of the arcade sticks in the media panel below.

Hrmm I wonder how much and what the quality of the stick is.

Tempted to pick up the PS3 version to get a stick for it (for Blazblue as well). But there is no point really if this is coming out on the 28th of December like sites are listing.

Funnily enough, I'm interested in the hoodie. Going on a bit of a hoodie spending spree lately. Unfortunately I doubt they have my size - XXL. I'm not fat, just really tall. 6'8 tall.

Even though I'm craptacular at fighting games, I still enjoyed the previous game on PS2, so I hope they come out here. Getting the stick would get me playing SCIV again, too.

Do it! You wont regret it.

Btw LeonJ, the more Ive been researching it, I think that the T6 release is indeed October. I don't know where those 3 or 4 sites are getting the December date from.

I don't have any interest in the stick so I'm getting the CE.The hoodie would be good and I definitely want to the art book.

I might get the arcade stick edition on PS3, and the CE with hooded shirt for 360. That way I can try to make my way up two leader boards.... The black arcade stick looks best.

Not looking forward to the 360 dpad *shudders*
