Marvel vs Capcom 2 XBLA/PSN coming in July

360 News | June release date was a rumor.
Capcom has announced on their Twitter page that the much anticipated PSN and XBLA version of Marvel vs Capcom 2 will be released at the end of July.

It was originally believed that the game would be released on June 29 but Capcom has put that rumor to rest.

Fighting fans will have to wait another four weeks to play the enhanced version of one of the most popular and acclaimed 2D fighting games ever made.

The demo's been out for a little while, but it was a pre-release demo. Can't wait for the full game to be released!!!!

Err... kinda obvious by now that this wasn't hitting in June, seeing as the last release day for June has come and gone.

To be honest, this doesn't look all too interesting. I never liked this in arcades, and would much rather a slightly updated version of Marvel vs Capcom, or better still, X-Men vs Street Fighter. Or Marvel vs Street Fighter? Can't remember which of those latter two was better actually...

It is like SF vs Marvel though, there was SF characters in it and it looks like SF and IMO plays like it.
