+38?

Experience systems in ODST?

That would be in the firefight mode (is that the name?), and scoring is probably on.

Veeery intervesting....

Can't say I'd be disappointed, even if the numbers count for nothing I always enjoy a kill more when I get points for it. Plus it's an extra means of informing the player that the target is dead (if the explosion of guts wasn't enough). icon_razz.gif

I take it you guys haven't played Halo 3. That's +38 score, they've just made it more obvious than it was in the main game.

I'm with you on this one, looks like its for firefight mode. Makes it so much better when the score pops up on screen, its very rewarding in AoE3.

Yeah, its pretty much the same as meta game ( when you turn scoring on) except they've added medals. There's multiplayer medals like overkill and killing spree in single player. awesome

awww yeah you have to pre order if you want to play as sgt johnson (only in firefight)

There's medals in the co-op part of Halo 3 too, whether or not they show at the end is another thing. But I've seen shotgun spree and others pop up the top when score is awarded.

Pretty pumped for this. Love the atmosphere and music in these games.
