Read my Lips - fifteen new songs for May

360 News | Achy Breaky Heart? Really?
Lips developer iNiS Corp and Microsoft have announced that fifteen new sing-alongs will be available from the Xbox Live Marketplace and the game's 'Get Music' store during May.

This will include single songs from artists such as Good Charlotte, Snow Patrol, and (ahem) Billy Ray Cyrus, and will cost 160 Microsoft points. As well as individual songs, there will also be a three-song track-pack by 80s R&B boy band, New Edition. For those who don't remember New Edition or weren't old enough, the original line-up featured Bobby Brown. The song-pack will be available for 440 Microsoft points, or the songs can be purchased separately.

The full tracklist includes:

May 2
Dance Floor Anthem (I Don't Want To Be In Love) – Good Charlotte
Why Does It Always Rain On Me? – Travis
Hard To Handle – The Black Crowes

May 9
You Get What You Give – The New Radicals
Turning Japanese – The Vapors
Clocks – Coldplay

May 16
Mr. Telephone Man – New Edition
Cool It Now – New Edition
If It Isn't Love – New Edition

May 23
Lollipop – Mika
Achy Breaky Heart – Billy Ray Cyrus
100 Years – Five For Fighting

May 30

Until you remember that Singstar on the PS3 updates as many songs (and more) in a fortnight, not a month.

But then you factor in that Lips supports any song in most digital formats that you can upload yourself. Sure it doesn't have lyrics but when you're drunk does that really matter?
