Guns N' Roses album heading to Rock Band

360 News | Chinese Democracy prepped for DLC.
The next round of downloadable content for Harmonix's Rock Band series will be Guns N' Roses and their latest album, Chinese Democracy, for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii.

A track from the album, 'Shackler's Revenge', already featured in Rock Band 2. The new pack will allow users to download the other thirteen tracks on Chinese Democracy at the cost of 1600 MS points, or AUD $20. There is also the option to purchase the tracks separately, with Wii owners forced to buy the songs in this individual fashion.

The pack will be available on the 14th April for Xbox 360 and Wii, followed by a PS3 release a few days later on April the 16th.

Ahhh, the producers (of Chinese Democracy) just trying to squeeze a few more $$ out of an album that didn't (and I doubt any album could) live up to all those years of hype. Sure the album is okay but it isn't the turning point in the world of rock many were hoping for.

*cough* $ellout *cough*

the album would of been good 6-7 years ago when nu-metal was the big thing, the years of when limp bizkit, korn and papa roach were the big things and topping charts and makin the $$$

Funny that the internet doesn't like the album. If you were old enough to be GnR's audience when they were big, you're too damn old to spend your time bitching about their album in article comments. If you're a kid, you're not their target audience, plain and simple. Call Axl a sellout if you will, but remember his ugly mug ain't being used as a selling point *cough* Slash *cough* (though I suppose heroin ain't free).

'Sides, if any of you have seen the new lineup live, you'd know that Axl belts out the old ones just as well as he did in '91.

^^ i agree, the new album is awesome and totally on par with anything they have done in the past. GNR used to be the biggest band in the world back in the day and if i had rock band, my hard earned cash would efinitely be getting this one!!
