Prince of Persia DLC delayed

360 News | Release date pushed to early March.

Ubisoft has advised that the upcoming downloadable expansion to the cell-shaded action hit Prince of Persia will not be making its proposed release tomorrow.

The 'Epilogue' DLC will feature a new mission set after the game's original ending, is now scheduled to hit the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Marketplace on March 5th.

^^ Well, it will apparently be $10US, so most likely $15.95 on the PSN, 800MS points on XBLA here.

It's suposed to add 3 to 4 hours to the game so I doubt it. More likely 800 Points the poster above me mentioned.

I'm not really sure I like the idea of this expansion. SPOILERS:

I liked the idea that Ahriman simply let them leave, knowing he'd caused enough damage. Epilogue seems to show that the Prince and Elika have to fight their way out, which makes the scene at the very end of the game seem silly. Ahriman is freed, and he flies over their heads as they walk away; if he didn't want them to leave why didn't he just eat them then?

I'll still buy it, because I loved the game, but it does seem to lessen the impact of the ending (probably my favourite ending in vidjagame history).

Apprently there is a "bug" with the achievements at the moment. They unlock but the game still says xxx/1000 instead of xxx/1250 and they dont add to your game score or overall Gamer Score. Im sure this will be fixed soon though.
