Star Wars: The Force Unleashed sells 5.7 million units

360 News | The force is strong with this one...
Gamasutra is reporting that LucasArts's Star Wars: The Force Unleashed has sold an impressive 5.7 million copies worldwide, making it the fastest-selling Star Wars game in history.

Developed on multiple platforms, The Force Unleashed shifted over 1.5 million copies globally in its first five days of sale. It makes sense as well, because the title's Xbox 360 demo made a record for the number of downloads on release, passing eight million in just over a week.

Now they should make the sequel about the fall of Anakin to the Dark Side and make THAT canon instead of anything going on in the prequel trilogy.

They should of made the first one more accurate, Anikans Secret Apprentice, named Tao, was blonde and had green eyes, also none of his 7 apperentices, looked anything like this. I know they you'll say it wasn't based on this one but it in fact is, same background story. It is alos the apprentice that the original scheme was linked too.

No need for a sequl to a game they didn't make right, or good enough!

And they should have had Grand Admiral Thrawn in it as a kid.

It's all EU stuff, some of which is contradicted by other EU works and the prequel trilogy itself.

^ Boba Fett's origins, for example.

seems correct... it's the only Star Wars game I've ever wanted aside from Pod Racing on the N64 which I still love to this day icon_biggrin.gif
