I hope it's not common but I've seen a pic of Ryu with the "eye-pop" too (purportedly looking up Chun-Li's skirt)

There are turning out to be a lot more characters in SF4 than I first thought. I originally thought it was gonna be the SF2 crew with a few new characters, but now there's Cammy, Fei Long and Rose as well...
I wonder if there is a character list on the net anywhere...?
