Must be from the Japanese version of the game. Since Street Fighter 2 Bison was always known as Vega in the Japanese version of the game. Vega was known as Balrog and Balrog was known as Bison.

It became confusing so now players just refer to them as:
* Boxer
* Claws
* Dictator
