Midnight Club: Los Angeles gets its own Social Club

360 News | Experience Midnight Club even when you're away from your console.
Rockstar Games has announced via press release that they are launching a new 'Social Club' website for Midnight Club: Los Angeles with leaderboards, online competitions and rewards.

At launch, the website will feature a 'Driving Test', an in-game challenge for Midnight Club: Los Angeles players that tasks you with achieving three licence classes, rewarding you with the powerful Audi R8 if you successfully reach 'Class A'. There is also a 'Rate My Ride' feature which allows you to share your in-game car creations with friends by uploading your car in-game, as well as picking your favourites from the many others online and seeing how you stack up in the worldwide leaderboards. In 'Hollywood Auto', you can browse the catalogue of cars and motorcycles to find your next in-game purchase and in 'Screenshot Gallery' you can upload your works of photographic art from the game's camera mode to share with the rest of the community. You can also customise your own profile and check up on all the multiplayer leaderboards.

In the future, Rockstar Games is looking to add hosted tournaments, an LA FM music player and a music video generator for your captured screenshots.

You can visit the Midnight Club: Los Angeles Social Club at its official website here.

Is there going to be a demo for MC:LA? I'm very fussy when it comes to driving models and don't want to buy a game with a driving model I don't like.

^I guess you could always buy it from EB and if you dont like it return it within 7days?

Im enjoying it. At first I found it a little difficult but now I have a few decent upgrades to my car its a lot more fun. Although apparently it gets stupidly hard later (ie the AI cheats)
