Pure demo on the way

Disney Interactive Studios has announced that a demo for Black Rock Studio's off-road racing title Pure will be available on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 from tomorrow.

Available for download from the PlayStation Store and Xbox Live Marketplace, the demo is set in the Mount Garda track and gives players the opportunity to compete in a three-lap race against 15 computer-controlled opponents.

Pure is scheduled to roar onto consoles this October.

I'll try the demo, but I think I'll be sticking to MotorStorm: Pacific Rift. One arcade racer is enough for me this year.

I can't wait to give this game a go. I wasn't interested at all till I saw the E3 trailer. It looks a hell of a lot like SSX but on quads, and even if it's only half as awesome as SSX3 I'll be happy

I agree, it does look pretty generic, very similar to Freak Style on the PS2 (SSX on dirt bikes, which was awesome). I think MotorStorm will be where it's at.

Man this game is pretty fun. Im will pick this up for sure. Its pretty much SSX on quad bikes. And thats a good thing

Excellent demo - heaps of fun,so easy to do tricks and AI seems similar to racing in Burnout 3 Takedown / Revenge

It is pretty good, it's fun. Though if it's only ATV's, I think I'll stick with Motorstorm 2 (when it comes out).

Fairly good demo despite its large download size, some 1600+. Still, ill be more interested to get my hands on Motorstorm: - Pacific Rift, than a game that just offers Quads. Visually i was a little underwhelmed to be honest.
