Prince of Persia images swing into view

The only problem I have with the art design is that the characters don't match the backdrops. It kind of reminds me of old cartoons where the backgrounds looked static and flat, whereas the characters had life to them. This gives the same vibe and I think it's because they seem to be styled completely differently, the environments don't look like a cartoon, they look like 3D, so it doesn't really work.
