Guitar Hero 3 Virtuoso track pack out today

360 News | For Virtuosos.
Guitar Hero enthusiasts will be ecstatic to hear that a new track pack for the third game in the series, Legends of Rock, will be available to download on the PlayStation Store and Xbox Live (at the cost of 500 MS points) this Thursday. Or today, as it were.

Dubbed the Virtuoso Pack, the three song collection will feature three songs from some of the most famous finger-twiddlings in the world, including "Surfing with the Alien" by Joe Satriani, "For the Love of God" by Steve Vai and "Soothsayer" by Buckethead. Our fingers hurt at the thought of it. A pack for experienced riffers only, then.

This pack is one of many released since Legends of Rock first graced store shelves back in November last year. We thought it was rather good, and the continued success the game is having at retail shows that you think so too.

Theoretically since I can play For the Love of God in real life I should be able to play it on GH...theoretically...

Awesome pack though! I might actually buy this.
