GTA IV cut details emerge

Wow I can't help but imagine if they had left all this stuff in that it would've passed classification no problems. What a whole bunch of fuss over nothing.

I'm still glad I got my uncut version from the states cuz it was cheaper, came with a licence plate and doesn't have that stupid OFLC rating covering a huge part of the cover.

I've tried many many times to dismember people after hearing about it, i've used every gun numerous times (i'm talking like hundreds of shots) on numerous parts of the body (yea i'm sick like that) and there is NONE! If by some miracle someone can confirm there is dismemberment then they have made the feature so rare and random it's almost pointless. Imo the few that have imagined dismemberment have probably gotten caught up in the moment when other parts from cars etc have been flying around and they mistook it for it or maybe even the limbs were bent in a way that looked like it had come off. Yes that includes slow-mo deaths, head-shots etc etc (i've done it all and still nothing, blood sprays YES, dismemberment...NO). Once I was going soooo fast down the ramp from a bridge and full speed I hit a guy on a bike and sent him absolutely into the stratosphere, anyways I kept driving for another few seconds and crashed into a whole pile of traffic, it was then that the biker actually came and landed ontop of my vehicle! Amazing, the guy must've flown about 500-600 yards and still no dismemberment. It really doesn't exist, especially after all this time the game has been out and there is not one screenshot if it.

I think the bloody tyre/footprints might be a glitch appearing on the censored version because they obviously seem much harder to do (or random) on that version so chances are they were taken out.

All I care about is the fact that I don't have to compare or justify anything cuz I don't buy gimped ****.

^ But that kinda defeats the purpose of it doesn't it? What are the chances that when dismemberment even occurs that you'll even see it? Very slim by the sounds of things. So like I said it's a pointless feature because they have underutilised it.

With this 'shiny' pokemon does it actually offer anything other than just a visual "huh....look at that!" and chances are when it appears it's not something you're gonna miss cuz it's right infront of ya and not in a blurry slo-mo event off to the side of the screen or whatever right? It's like with blood, if I wanna see the stuff in the game I kill someone, simple. If I wanna see dismemberment? Yea maybe after a few months of play I might get lucky.....pfft! No thanks, keep your dismemberment.
