Turok to get five new maps

360 News | More dinosaur love.
According to Kotaku, Turok owners can look forward to five new multiplayer maps being released later today on the Xbox Live Marketplace and PSN.

Fittingly dubbed the ‘Velociraptor Pack’, the downloadable content includes a brand new co-op map where you and your team have been captured and taken to a Mendel-Gruman facility. Your task is to break out and make it to the rescue helicopters before the Wolf Pack troops feed you to the raptors. Other maps include relit versions (that is, they now take place at night) of 'A Heated Rivalry' and 'Testing Grounds', now called 'A Rivalry Continues' and 'Inconclusive Tests' respectively, as well as 'Desolation', which takes place in a swamp environment, and 'Sentinel' which sees you battle on top of a mountain.

The 'Velociraptor Pack' will set your back 400 points, or around $5.00 for those who own the PlayStation 3 version.

Nice icon_biggrin.gif

Wish they had this much content and variety for the Halo3 and Cod4 map packs. And for this price too.

Kinda makes me want to get the game, lol.
