Bully patch on the way

360 News | Rockstar addresses the freezing issues.

Although it has only arrived on Aussie shelves in the last week, Bully: Scholarship Edition looks set to be patched within the next week.

Rockstar has previously acknowledged that the game has issues with constant freezing as well as audio and frame rate issues.

Rockstar PR spokesperson, Darlan Monterisi issued a statement saying: 'we will be releasing a title update through Xbox Live within the next week that we are confident will rectify the problem.'

Hopefully this issue can be fixed with a simple title update, otherwise there will be a lot of unhappy gamers lining up for a replacement disc.

Let's hope the Wii isn't affected the same way. I did notice that whilst skipping classes, the text "Truaney" was flashing under the map to indicate truancey. Oops!

I don't normally post just to point out spelling errors but it seems appropriate here to mention that it's spelled "truancy"

Nice they're responding to it quickly at least, I guess... and I bet if this happened on Wii they'd have to do a product recall instead of a simple patch

Thats what happens when you hand a port to an unrelated company. At least it didn't turn out as bad as TOB did at EA, If this patch does fix most of the problems I will still buy another copy to play through on 360.

Has the patch been released yet? I wouldn’t mind getting the game provided that the patch fixes a lot of the problems hindering the game.
