Our Xbox Live Arcade ratings system
We've given every game a 'buy' rating of 'Yes', 'Maybe', or 'No'
Yes means this is a very high quality game, and we have no problem recommending it to anyone as long as they like the genre.
Maybe means we think the game is good, but not necessarily for everyone. If you know the game or like the sound of the description, go for it
No means that we don't recommend the title at all.

Commanders: Attack of the Genos
Price: 800 Points
A turn-based strategy game that is actually sort of similar to Advance Wars on the Nintendo DS, this strategical warfare game features a 15 mission campaign as well as specific maps for multiplayer over Xbox Live where you move your army pieces around the board in the hopes of attacking and defeating your opposition. Commanders is aimed more at the casual crowd, but if you're interested in turn-based strategy at all, the game offers some fun missions and looks fairly decent for an XBLA title, too.

Discs of Tron
Price: 400 Points
A port of the original Discs of Tron from back in the early 80's, this shooter will take you back to the good old days of video gaming where throwing discs back and forth at an enemy was fun and worth putting your coins in that arcade machine over and over again. Today however, the title simply doesn't hold up - while it may have some multiplayer thrown in for good measure, it's just not enough as what made the game so much fun in the past is simply lost in translation.

N+
Price: 800 Points
Based off the 2005 PC Flash game called N, this simplistic looking ninja platformer has over 250 levels for you to jump and slide through, collecting bucketloads of ninja gold along the way. The gameplay in N+ is fluid and fun, jumping around each stage solving puzzles and avoiding enemies along the way, this game is well worth the 800 points, even if you've already spent some time playing the PC Flash version. With online multiplayer included, this one could last you a while.

Poker Smash
Price: 800 Points
Poker Smash is a hybrid of the card game we know and love combined with puzzlers similar to Bejeweled. Instead of matching up gems of some kind, the goal here is to match up the cards you're presented to make Poker hands and get the highest score possible. Including both single and multiplayer modes, Poker Smash does nothing overly different from other puzzlers, but the fact that cards are used instead of jewels could be enough to get Poker fans interested. It looks rather stylish, too, but with so many other puzzle games of this type on the Arcade, it might not be worth the asking price.

Trigger Heart Exelica
Price: 800 Points
A top-down shooter originally made for the Dreamcast in Japan, Triggerheart Exelica is one of the weaker shooters available on the Xbox Live Arcade. Although there is nothing inherently wrong with the gameplay itself, the game will only last you about 20 minutes considering you can use an infinite amount of continues. If you're the type that finds joy in memorizing enemy patterns and trying to get the highest score possible, then you may find pleasure in this game - but the majority should steer clear.
